The Road to the House
The road was surveyed and dug in 2001.
The surveying was initially done by Graham & Clint Fern and checked by Richard Walker. This was followed by the excavation of the road by Trev Wishart, a master of the digger.
The road had two considerations in it's path - first the site for the house had to be got up to and second to avoid the old growth bush. This meant that quite a circutous route was mapped out and dug. The end result was well worth the effort.
